This holiday home is found on its own private 500 sq meters garden. It has private parking and a nice loggia that is the ideal for open air dinners far away from the city noise. It has been restored in every details with and elegant style. This is the perfect location either for holiday or business rentals. Given the luxury interiors and high standard of the apartment we do not recommend this apartment to students.
Internal Description:
The apartment (75sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 4 people. It is in two levels. At the ground floor you will find: the fully equipped kitchenette, the living room with dining area and pull out sofa and an useful laundry area with wardrobe. Upstairs: the double bedroom with bathroom en suite with bathtub and walk in closet. Floors are in cotto fiorentino and parquet, the apartment is very bright with high ceilings.

Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
