Interior Description:
The villa is set on two levels, and in addition there are many charming external areas that are ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners. The main entrance is on the ground floor. Here you find : the large lounge with fireplace, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The laundry area completes the ground floor. Upstairs you find a lounge, the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, two additional double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms with shower. Opposite the main entrance is an annexe with a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Fagnana is situated on the hills in the province of Pisa, around 13 km from the town of Pontedera, where all the necessary services (shops, banks, restaurants, and post office) can be found. Its location is particularly favourable; with the nearby motorway network you can easily reach the major cities of art and tourist spots in Tuscany (Florence 1 hour, Lucca 1 hour, San Gimignano 40 minutes, Pisa 25 minutes, Volterra 40 minutes, Siena 1½ minutes). It takes only 30 minutes to reach Pisa International Airport.
