Thanks to the presence of other apartments in the same building, "Palazzo Uguccioni," it is possible to rent out multiple apartments for a group of friends or a large family, it can sleep up to 20 people.

Internal Description:
The apartment (30 sq.mt./ 322 sq.ft.) has 1 bedroom can sleep up to 2 people and has 1 bathroom. It has a spacious living area with a stoned kitchen worktop. Here there is the corner kitchen, the dining area, the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The apartment is bright and panoramic, and has beautiful parquet. Its very welcoming and romantic.

Our Personal Opinion Ideal for a couple looking for a short term rental. We recommend this apartment to those who want to live in the center of Florence and wish to see its beauty all day.

Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes
Excluded from the price: final cleaning 50,00€, utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit:
All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). The apartment is located within Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. The Duomo neighbourhood offers an array of beautiful historical buildings and superb piazzas including the Mercato di San Lorenzo, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its attractive cafes, patisserie shops, live music, street performers and caricature artists. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by the city’s main cultural attractions, notably Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello Palace and Casa Buonarroti, the former home of Michelangelo, not to mention the Uffizi Gallery and the museum dedicated to the city’s cathedral “Museo dell'Opera del Duomo”.
The area also has much to offer in terms of fine dining and exclusive boutique shopping.
