The Palazzo is located just a few minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and Florence's major monuments on Costa San Giorgio, in a beautiful and panoramic old street leading up to Forte Belvedere. The panorama overlooking the main monuments of Florence make this corner one of the select and choice few that this city has to offer.
Internal Description:
The apartment (65m2) situated on the 4th and last floor with elevator, is very well-lit and quiet. The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/bath tub, a master bedroom with terrace with views of Fort Belvedere, an open dining/living room with sofa which leads out on to the first terrace which offers a unique 360 degrees view of the city and surrounding hills. Steps from this first terrace lead to the roof top terrace furnished with sun loungers.

The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses.
For rentals of 61 days or more the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out and the final cleaning at the cost of 40,00
N.B All the phone calls made from the apartment phone are charged at standard rates
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro for stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
The apartment is situated in the quarter Oltrarno near of Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti.
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
