External Description:
The apartment is found on the third floor without elevator (60 steps). The terrace of 12 square meters offers a wonderful and unique panorama over the historic centre of Florence. The apartment is very bright.
Internal Description:
The property (75sqm) has one bedroom and two bathrooms and it can accomodate 4 people. On the first level, as you enter, you will find: the kitchen with dining area, the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the master bedroom and two bathrooms with shower (one bathroom is en suite). On the second level (9steps) a charming living room with fireplace and TV area and the access to the panoramic terrace.
Pricing Information:
The apartment can be only be rented for long term periods (minimum 60 days)
The rental price does not include the final cleaning fee of 60,00 euros which is to be paid at Check In as well as the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) which are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out
N.B For all rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro of stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For all rentals the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

Elegant apartment located in the heart of Florence faced on the Piazza Santa Croce.The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity (one of them just 50 metres away). The Santa Croce neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, theatres, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence. You can easily reach the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery.
