Servi Terrace is a wonderful, well furnished one bedroom apartment in Florence with quiet private terrace offering views of the Duomo and is the ideal accommodation in Florence city centre thanks to its location just a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo.
External Description:
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (elevator until the third floor and then 20 steps), half way between the Duomo and Piazza SS. Annunziata near the Accademia Museum. It is very quite and peaceful. The private terrace (table and chairs) offers a unique view of Florence's main Cathedral's dome.
Internal Description:
The apartment (65sqm) has been just restored (August 2008) and comprises one bedroom and two bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon entering the apartment you will find the corridor which leads to the first bathroom with shower, the double bedroom with access to the terrace and the en suite bathroom with shower. Further on you will find the the living-room (with a 160 cm sofa bed) complete with a dining area that opens on to the terrace and the small but nice and fully equipped kitchenette. The furnishings inside the apartment are of high quality, so given the luxury interiors and high standard of the apartment we do not recommend this apartment to students. Floors are in parquet and the ceilings have antique wooden beams.
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses.
For rentals of 61 days or more the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro of stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, theatres, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence. Through the characteristic narrow streets, you can easily reach Piazza Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery.
