The property (50sqm) is divided in three levels. On the first floor the living room with dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, on the second floor the bedroom with bathroom en suite with bathtub and the access to the panoramic terrace.

Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses.
For rentals of 30 days or more the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out and the final cleaning at the cost of 100,00
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro of stamps.

Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1500€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 3000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

Elegant apartment located in the city centre of Florence, just a stones thrown from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. The area is rich in typical restaurants and nightspots. During the summer time the district becomes colourful for the exhibition of the Calcio storico fiorentino (Historical Florentine soccer game).
