Visconti is a wonderful rustic two bedroom vacation rental in Florence, Italy located in the heart of the city between Santa Croce and Piazza Signoria. It has two big panoramic terraces offering unbelievable views over the city of Florence, Italy.
External Description:
The apartment is found on the fourth floor (86 steps without elevator) of a historical building which was at one time home to the Embassy of the Duchy of Milan. The two terraces offer a wonderful panorama over the city, one of which is furnished for outdoor lunches or dinners. The apartment is very bright and panoramic, with every window offering a unique view.
Internal Description:
The property (110sqm) develops on two levels, on the first floor your find: the entrance with two small wall closets, the double bedroom, the bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms are very bright and face on to the Santa Croce church, the roofs of Florence, the church of San Miniato and the Piazzale Michelangelo. A wooden staircase leads to the roof-terrace, a unique environment that houses the lounge, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. The windows that line the room lead to the two panoramic terraces and create an exceptional brightness on this floor. The pavements in are made of Florentine terracotta and the ceilings have wooden beams.
Please consider that every Thursday from 12.00 to 1.00 pm the maintenance man of the owner will come to take care of the plants and flowers in the terrace.

N.B All the phone calls made from the apartment phone are charged at standard rates.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
Elegant apartment located in the city centre of Florence, between Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, theatres, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence. Around mid-June, Piazza Santa Croce brims with colour for the famous "Calcio storico fiorentina" - historical soccer game played in costume. Through the characteristic narrow streets, you can easily reach the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery.
