External Description:
The apartment is situated in a small palazzo, you will enjoy a perfect view of the Piazza Santo Spirito. The interior can boast beautiful floors in parquet and original beamed ceilings, whose restoration ended last June 2006.
Internal Description:
La Fontana (80sqm) is a two bedrooms apartment that can sleep up to 4 people. Placed at the second floor (no elevator, 37 steps). At the entrance is a living room, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower. This rooms are faced on the Santo Spirito square. Following you will find a bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with reading corner, the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. The reading area faces onto the small terrace.
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses with the exception of the final cleaning at the cost of 50,00 euros to be paid at Check In.
For rentals of 61 days or more the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro of stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

The apartment is found at the heart of the Santo Spirito neighbourhood, one of most authentic parts of the city, 10 minutes walking far from the Duomo. The area is limited to traffic, and therefore it is advisable to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is rich with typical local restaurants of the historic centre. Through the characteristic narrow lanes, you easily come across all the main sights.
