Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses with the exception of the final cleaning at the cost of 70,00 euros to be paid at Check In.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
