The materials used to build it are typical of the area: granite, terracotta floors, juniper and wrought iron, while in the villa’s interior decoration white prevails.

Ground floor: spacious and luminous sea view living room & dining built on two levels. TV area with comfortable sofa, well equipped kitchen and open air dining area, spacious terrace with an outside granite table and a brickwork living area.
Nigh area: some rooms are found around the villa and have private entrances from the gardens.
Inside the villa: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double room with en-suite bathroom, smaller double bedroom ideal for to 2 kids with en-suite bathroom, 1 single room (for staff) with en-suite bathroom, Bathroom for guests.
Outside the villa: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one double bedroom on the dépendance built inside a grotto with a private open-air living area surrounded by rocks and plants.
July and August one month minimum stay. September two weeks minimum stay.

Sea view swimming pool with space equipped with sun-beds, adjacent relaxing area and lunch area, laundry, private parking, air conditioning in all rooms except in the single room, TV & HI-FI, Telephone &Fax.
