Pink marble floors, arches, granite, different shades of white and pale tones, complement the contemporary style furnishings of excellent quality. Villa La Perla’s glamour is its 2000 sq. m. garden, characterized by lawns and typical Sardinian plants that gently lead to a rocky beach and its platform equipped for sunbathing. The guest rooms, all different one another, have one only thing in common > a spectacular sea view.

Ground floor: Elegant sea view living room and dining area with wide windows that opens to a veranda. Large and fully equipped kitchen, Veranda fully furnished with comfortable chairs and table, Lawns and gardens – on the lawn a sea view breakfast area in granite.
Night area: One en-suite master double bedroom with veranda and independent exit to the garden, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub, one twin bedroom with independent exit to the garden, one cosy mansard double room on different levels with en-suite bathroom, one single room with bathroom.
July and August one month minimum stay. September two weeks minimum stay.
