Bright one bedroom two bathroom apartment of 55 on the 1st floor (no elevator), recently renovated with extra attention to the details and strategically placed in a small building nestled in a quiet residential area, next to the Tiber river and to Ponte Milvio, one of the oldest bridges in Rome.

The apartment opens onto a small corridor furnished with a 3-door closet, from which you enter the living room and the dining area, which are comprised into the same ambience with a triple exposure.
This room is furnished with a sofa bed, a TV corner and rectangular dining table with 4 chairs.
The eat-in kitchen -new and modern with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and oven- overlooks the living room and has a window (opening out to the external side of the building).

The night area offers a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 190cm) and a chest of drawers, an en-suite bathroom with shower stall, and a second bathroom, located beside the entrance hall and equipped with shower stall.

The apartment is located in the Ponte Milvio district, the oldest bridge in Rome, which lies north to the Vatican. Here you find some nice shops, typical restaurants (‘trattorias’) and many clubs where to enjoy Roman nightlife. Steps away you find both the Farnesina Stadium (Stadio della Farnesina) and the Olympic Stadium (Stadio Olimpico).

Ponte Milvio connects Cardinal Consalvi square to Ponte Milvio square, in Flaminio, Parioli, Della Vittoria and Tor di Quinto districts. Dating back to the IV-III century b.C. and initially made of wood, the bridge was named after the judge that authorized its construction (called "Molvius", from whom "Molvio" and then Milvio).
The area is home to one of the most important antique markets in Rome, taking place every first and second Sunday of the month, and it is nestled in a magic and inspiring atmosphere from which you can enjoy fantastic views of Rome.
Ponte Milvio is also famous as the ‘Love Bridge’, as it is embellished by locks left here as proof of ever-lasting love.
