  • 5.0/5 Saeed explained thing very carefully when we arrived. He arranged a taxi to take us to the station when we left. His help was very much appreciated.
  • 4.4/5 Beautiful apartment in a great location a block from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The stairs were not an issue for us, but could be for some. Our greeter (Niccolo) was a bit delayed in meeting us, but was very nice and helpful when he arrived. The apartment was roomy and well appointed. It was extremely hot in Florence during our visit, and the strong A/C came in very handy. Bedding was clean and comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and functional. Only minor issue - the shower in the master bath drained poorly, and I received no response to my email. We would stay in this apartment again, and we would use Windows On Italy again.
STAFF REPLY: Dear John, thank you for being our guest and for sharing your feedback with us. We are very pleased to hear you had a great stay in Florence and that the accommodation and service were to your liking. We apologize about the shower issue, but we never received your email (we checked all the messages received from the email address you used to make the booking, but couldn't find anything), otherwise our Florence guest experience specialist, Thais, would have sent a technician immediately. Hope this didn't affect your overall experience and that we'll get the chance to host you again in the near future, in Florence or elsewhere. Warm regards, WoI team
