From the map you can choose the Region or the specific area, and obtain a list of properties (clear and easily comparable) that correspond to your requests for number of guests, period available, budget, and other characteristics. In this way you avoid wasting time or viewing properties that are not available in the period requested.

Search by Category.
If you are looking for something special, “luxurious properties”, “the original Tuscan style”, “land, sea, sun, and you”… these listings will help you to choose the most suitable properties for your needs.

Search by Name.
If you already know the name of the property.

2) Check and compare from the listings that appear the characteristics and prices of individual properties.

3) Register on our website to obtain access to your Favourites page, which contains all the information on the properties you have selected (optioned or booked). The Favourites page is also very useful for comparing various properties against each other and for proceeding to the booking stage.

4) Find out more through the property sheet by viewing the Description, the Photo Gallery and floor plans, Clients’ comments, and availability.

5) Check availability on-line: you can option (without obligation) a period for your preferred property where the “Booking on line” symbol appears; alternatively you will receive a quick response for the properties where the “Booking on Request” symbol appears. In this case, if the property appears optioned by other clients, you may ask us to notify you as soon as it becomes available again for you.

6) Book:
a) On line with credit card (fully secure) receiving immediate confirmation, or else
b) With one of our operators (for other types of payment), sending a confirmation by fax.

7) You will receive the Confirmation voucher with full details about the property, how to get there, and about the on-site services available.
