Around mid-June, Piazza Santa Croce brims with colour for the famous "Calcio storico fiorentina" - historical soccer game played in costume. Through the characteristic narrow streets, you can easily reach the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery. It is also possible to make excursions outside of Florence : Siena only 70km. away, Lucca 80 km., Pisa 95 Km.

The apartment is found on the fourth floor (86 steps without elevator) of a historical building which was at one time home to the Embassy of the Duchy of Milan. The two terraces offer a wonderful panorama over the city, one of which is furnished for outdoor lunches or dinners. The apartment is very bright and panoramic, with every window offering a unique view.

The property develops on two levels, on the first floor your find: the entrance with two small wall closets, the double bedroom, the bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms are very bright and face on to the Santa Croce church, the roofs of Florence, the church of San Miniato and the Piazzale Michelangelo. A wooden staircase leads to the roof-terrace, a unique environment that houses the lounge, the dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen.
