The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. The Oltrarno neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, shops “botteghe”, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence. You can easily reach the Piazza del Carmine, Palazzo Pitti, and Piazza Santo Spirito. It is also possible to make excursions outside Tuscany: Siena only 70km away, Lucca 80 km, Pisa 95 Km.

EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
This holiday home is found on the first floor without elevator (16 steps). Completely and tastefully restored in 2007 with utmost care to maintain its antique origins, terracotta floors and light "Rovere" parquet, this wonderful apartment feels brand new. Given the luxury interiors and high standard of the apartment we do not recommend this apartment to students.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and it can accomodate 5 people. As you enter, you will find: the living/dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the main bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together ), plus an extra bed if needed, the second bedroom with twin beds (can be set up together), the bathroom (2 showers and 2 basins) with laundry area. Floors are in parquet and “cotto fiorentino” and there are beamed ceilings.
This holiday home is the ideal place for your short-term rental in Florence and for your vacation in and around Tuscany .

Independent heating, Air conditioning, 3 flat TVs (one small in the dining area, one in each bedroom), dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery, hairdryer, washing machine + drying machine incorporated (+ sink for hand washing), iron and ironing board. Linen for bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
